Aman is a restaurant management system intended for restaurant owners and their staff (manager, cashier, kitchen, delivery, accountant). This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.
Aman is a SaaS service for managing restaurant operations. Users are restaurant owners and their authorized employees. The app is not directed at the general public for personal use and is not intended for children under 13.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or photos, and we collect nothing beyond what operations require. No ads, no advertising trackers.
We retain operational data while the restaurant account remains active. Orders are archived periodically (daily) for reporting. When a restaurant account is permanently deleted, its associated data is deleted.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging for operational notifications. You can disable notifications from your device settings at any time.
We may update this policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above for any material change.
تطبيق أمان هو نظام لإدارة المطاعم موجَّه لأصحاب المطاعم وموظفيهم (المدير، الكاشير، المطبخ، التوصيل، المحاسب). توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وسبب جمعها، وكيفية حمايتها وحقوقك بشأنها.
«أمان» خدمة برمجية (SaaS) لإدارة عمليات المطاعم. المستخدمون هم أصحاب المطاعم وموظفوهم المصرَّح لهم. لا يُوجَّه التطبيق للاستخدام الشخصي من عامة الجمهور، وليس موجَّهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا الصور، ولا أي بيانات لا يحتاجها التشغيل. لا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدم مُتتبّعات إعلانية.
نحتفظ ببيانات التشغيل طالما ظل حساب المطعم نشطاً. تُؤرشَف الطلبات دورياً (يومياً) لأغراض التقارير. عند حذف حساب المطعم نهائياً، تُحذف بياناته المرتبطة.
نستخدم Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال إشعارات تشغيلية. يمكنك تعطيل الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر، وسنُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة عند أي تغيير جوهري.
